All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant travel supplier. We act as an agent in arranging travel services on your behalf.
3. Payments
Management fees are presented separately under our Glass Fare principle. Payment terms are agreed in your service agreement, and all transactions are auditable.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment terms follow the policies of the relevant supplier. We will advise applicable charges before any change is confirmed.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement and applicable law. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of GoTravelCC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data.
